Leagram Organic Dairy is the newest addition to Lancashire's elite group of expert cheese producers. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and set in the picturesque village of Chipping.

All these factors join together to create award winning cheese, spanning from its native Lancashire with its creamy, crumbly and tasty, to a mild cheddar, a buttery Double Gloucester, a smooth Red Leicester and finally a creamy, unique sheep’s cheese, using local milk from local farm.

All county varieties and produced under organic standards to the highest quality but still made in the traditional way – by hand and all of them are waxed.

As this dairy is small, different varieties can be created. Its newest creation is a Lancashire soft cheese, similar to feta but sweeter – What other cheeses can you bruiee?
